Pictures and images created by Datu Ramel Photography are protected by copyright law. Such images may not be reproduced in visual, electronic or digital form without our prior written consent. Part of our business is distributing images to our customers by selling reprints and enlargements or by licensing the use our images.

Here are examples of activities which are illegal and which constitute bootlegging:

Ordering copy negatives, copy prints or Christmas prints of our pictures from a retail photofinishing outlet.

Making duplicates of our pictures, or putting our pictures on calendars, coffee mugs or mouse pads by way of Kinko's.

Making duplicates of our pictures at self-service Kodak Image Magic photo kiosks in camera stores.

Posting our images on the Internet without obtaining written permission and without listing a photographer credit.
