The balcony shot of our family is certainly the most beautiful sunset picture you have ever taken. John Volkert --- Northfield (St. Philip's Church, reception at Glenview Club)

Datu, I wanted to let you know that we absolutely LOVE the pictures!!! They are really awesome!!! There are so many great ones to choose from. We haven't yet had a chance to select which we want reprints of, but we will soon. Also, the website preview page is great! The pictures that you chose are a great representation of many people. Thank you so much for putting that together! There are a few that I think are even good enough for business publications (me with the groomsmen)...hahaha :) Datu, we have received sooooooo many compliments from our wedding party members, parents, and guests about your ways of relating to people, your subtle and non-obtrusive manner and your pleasant demeanor. Thank you for being such a wonderful person and photographer! You really made the picture-taking aspect of the wedding and reception a joyful experience, for everyone! Thank you again for everything. We could not be happier with our pictures. Also, please thank Robin for everything that she did, as well. She was a pleasure to work with, both in regards to you and Old St. Pat's. You guys make an awesome team! Sincerely, Easton (Mcghee) and Jay Stevenson --- (Racquet Club, Old St. Patrick's Church, reception at the Wintergarden, Harold Washington Library)

. . . Not only did the pictures come out better than we could ever have imagined, but the warmth and professionalism that you maintained throughout the day helped make everything run more smoothly and pleasurably. Thank you again. Sincerely, Amy Sternstein and Russ Eisenstein --- (Evanston, Omni Orrington Hotel)

Mark and I want to thank you for being part of our wedding day. We feel so fortunate that you were able to be there. I loved the very personal style that both you and Peggy used. It made taking pictures a pleasure. The pictures are fabulous! I cannot wait to show them to my family next weekend. We are so pleased with them, you did an awesome job. I find myself looking through the box daily. I appreciate having all the photos to remind me of such a special day in my life. I hope that our paths cross again in the future so that we can dance again. I thought it was awesome when you were on the dance floor with Caroline Racine. I wish you all the best. Thanks again for all your time and hard work. Sincerely, Susan Rasis and Mark Obenauf --- Lake Forest (St. Mary's Church, reception at Knollwood C.C.)

Thank you, once again, for every aspect of your professionalism for our daughter's wedding on January 29th. Our every need was met with your classic style and delightful sense of humor. One of my fondest memories will be your flexibility and enthusiasm as you captured Bob tying Rob's bow tie as Bob stood on the toilet. I believe I mentioned to you how impressed our Seattle visitors were with you; saying you were the best they had ever seen! I included many of your informal shots from Kathryn's wedding with our Christmas cards - the pictures were much appreciated. We look forward to seeing you soon. Fondly, Barbara Schmid. // First, let me say the photographs look fabulous!!! We've been having friends and family over to pore over them and pick ones they want us to order. I believe my mother's note summed up all the praise from everyone involved in my wedding day. Datu, not only are the photographs marvelous but your presence on the wedding day was delightful! If you weren't the photographer, you'd be on the guest list! Thank you so very, very much! We couldn't be happier with how great you made us look! Margie Bice and Jon Segress --- Lake Forest (First Presbyterian Church, reception at Skokie C.C.)

Dear Datu, The pictures of Julie's wedding are incredible! You did a superb job and it was a joy to work with you! I'd recommend you highly to anyone - you were efficient, unobtrusive, gracious, polite and a class act - Thank you!! Sincerely, Helen Ashley --- Winnetka (Saints Faith, Hope and Charity Church, reception at the Drake Hotel)

A belated thank you for your wonderful work at our wedding. The pictures turned out so beautiful. Also, I really appreciated your patience with the hysterical bride. I have no idea what came over me. You were so sweet. My parents were so impressed with the pictures and the fact that you remembered everyone in the wedding party. We will certainly recommend you to all of our friends! You are a true professional and a wonderful person. Many thanks again! Jeanne Reynolds and Tex Fallon --- Chicago (St. Vincent DePaul, reception at the Ambassador West Guildhall)

The photos you took at Trevor and Dayn's wedding are wonderful, and I am thrilled to have received the "contact sheet" CD-rom so that I have a chance to order reprints as keepsakes. You are so good at what you do! I only wish Ben and I had many more Chicago area weddings in our future so we could look forward to crossing paths with you again. Have a wonderful Holiday. With best wishes, Ginger Greene Williams --- sister of Trevor Wilde, Lake Forest who married Dayn Williams, Wimbledon, England (First Presbyterian Church, reception at Conway Farms C.C.)

We just received our daughter's wedding album. It's just so beautiful! Nobody does things like you do. --- Mr. and Mrs. James Tomes, Wilmette.

Thank you for our beautiful wedding album. We are both extremely happy with the professionalism and quality of your work, from start to finish. We realize some members of the wedding party were not easy to work with, sorry for the headaches. Rest assured we will recommend your services to any friends getting married. Thanks again, Lisa Carlstedt and Michael Boggio --- Lake Forest and New Jersey (St Mary's Church, reception at Westmoreland C.C.)

I wanted to thank you for your part in making Rachel and Bob's wedding one magnificent day! You made it appear that this was the most important wedding you've ever done. Your personal touch allowed all of us to feel so comfortable. You did a remarkable job, and the results of your work were fantastic. We are all so pleased with the pictures. Needless to say, you will be highly recommended by the Moran family. Sincerely, Carolyn Moran --- Northbrook

We want to thank you so much for making the trip to Montana! We appreciated that so much. Our family enjoys you and believes you are one of the best at what you do! We got the pictures; we love them! Chris and I are going through them now for the photo album, Christmas cards, gifts for others. It's hard to pick out the best. Thank you so much again! We hope you enjoyed the wedding, but also Montana. It's our home and we love sharing it with people close to us. See you soon, Courtney Rohlen and Chris Chase --- Winnetka and Seeley Lake (ceremony and reception at The Emily "A" Bed and Breakfast)

The wedding pictures are great. There is not one bad picture of Jennifer. I must admit-I've never looked better-some magic in that camera for me. Now of course the problem of picking out the pictures for the album. You were wonderful to work with. Be assured I will recommend you highly to friends and associates. Sincerely, Carolyn McBride --- LaGrange (reception at Ruffled Feathers)

I only received the pictures this weekend from Kitty and they marvelous! I am enclosing only a partial order now as I need the b&w pictures ASAP for the newspapers. You did such a wonderful job! Everyone at the wedding spoke of how pleasant and non-invasive you were. Having worked with many of the "big name" photographers when I was a wedding consultant, I know how impossibly rude they could be. So I was thrilled that you got so many good and relaxed shots when people were barely aware that you were there--a real art. Thank you for being such a fun and important part of Kitty's big day. After the pictures make the rounds to Mrs. Shuman and all the families, I will send in the rest of my order. Too many good pictures to make my choices now. At the moment, I am quite anxious to get the pictures in the papers, and the portrait and wedding party pictures to show our interested friends in Huntsville who couldn't attend the wedding. Many thanks again! Sincerely, Nancy (Mrs. Richard) Evans --- Lake Forest (reception at Knollwood C.C.)

Thanks so much for the photos of David and me. They're great! Linda MacLenan Rammelt --- Chicago (reception at Skokie C.C.)

Ray and I want to thank you for your professional photography services. You performed a very important function in making our daughter's wedding "so special." Melinda Geraldson --- Evanston

Thanks for all the wonderful wedding pictures! John and I love them all, which is why we haven't called about the album; we just can't narrow it down! We will soon, I promise. Thanks again, you're a great photographer and a pleasure to work with. Jennifer Boxell

David and I wish you could hear all the rave reviews you have been receiving since our wedding. Everyone was truly impressed with your ability to move around the crowd and capture all the right moments; and they didn't even get to see your previews! The pictures are fantastic and we will be ordering them soon. Datu, we could not have been happier with all you have done to make our marriage experience so wonderful. Thanks again, Monica Lynch and David Eckrich --- Northbrook and South Bend (Cathedral of the Sacred Heart, Notre Dame)

Thank you so much for your outstanding photography at our wedding. The pictures were beautiful and your style perfect. You were able to capture the feel of our wedding in pictures. It was a joyous day for the O'Brien and Schultz families and your pictures will show that joy for many years to come. Our wedding would not have been complete without our friend who has experienced so many of the O'Brien weddings. We also thoroughly enjoyed working with your office manager, Robin. She was so very helpful and supportive during the frantic months of planning. Thanks again, Julie O'Brien and Jeff Schultz --- Northbrook (Our Lady of Perpetual Help, reception at Michigan Shores Club)

You were outstanding and everyone commented on how nice and efficient you were. The pictures look great, and I'll get back to you with ordering info. I didn't have a #7 Kukoc jersey, but call me whenever you'd like to come up for a practice or go to a game. Karen Stack and Mark Umlauf --- Chicago (Immaculate Conception, reception at Galleria Marchetti)

John and I were so thrilled with the pictures from the wedding! You did an absolutely fantastic job! It's going to be difficult choosing ones for an album with so many great ones. We really liked the pictures of all the guests at dinner; it was nice to be able to send our guests mementos from the evening. We look forward to seeing you at Lynne's wedding in July Thanks again! Susie Funk and John Doherty --- Wauwatosa, Wisconsin (reception at Blue Mound C.C.)

They all look awesome! Molly Mctigue and Tom McNally --- Chicago (St. Clement's Church, reception at the Ambassador West Guildhall)

Thank you so much for the excellent job you did on photographing our wedding. Uwe and I really appreciated your professionalism and style. It was fun to work with you. The florist I used, Lisa Shari, complimented you on how well you worked with all my guests and making sure you got pictures of "everything." As the wedding and reception all happened so quickly, our pictures will allow us to re-live that wonderful day! We're very happy that we entrusted that job to you! Thank you so much for such a wonderful job. Kimberly Scott and Uwe Miksche (Fourth Presbyterian Church, reception at the Metropolitan Club)

We just wanted to thank you for the wonderful job that you did photographing our wedding. You are truly amazing, as you were always just a step away whenever there was a picture to capture. We were both extremely impressed that even when when everyone else had called it a night, you stayed for the last shot in front of Cafe Brauer. We have not seen the previews (except for the beautiful "teaser" you sent us regarding Christmas cards) but I spoke with my Dad while he was leafing through them. I can honestly say that I have never heard him gush, until then. We look forward to enjoying them. Susan Butler and Kevin Johnson --- Lincolnshire (ceremony and reception at Cafe Brauer)

Just a quick note from me on behalf of the rest of my family. Thank you so much for photographing E and J's wedding. We really needed one thing to go right and we know with you as photographer it did. As usual you were very patient and calm during some of the snags of the day: R not being ready, the coordinator being a pain in the butt, and then J getting sick. My Mom and Dad were so happy you did the wedding because they said they know you are the only one that they can think of who could still capture amazing pictures.

Thank you for everything you did to capture Chris's and my wedding day so magically. The pictures turned out so beautiful and we cannot wait to order an album. Datu, you became a member of my family on October 25. Everyone felt so wonderfully comfortable with you and because of that we have such fabulous lifetime memories. Thank you for all you did to make our wedding day flawless. Fondly, Toddy Hickey Dyer --- Seattle (Saints Faith, Hope and Charity Church, reception at the Women's Athletic Club)
